Tom Donatacci

Tom Donatacci is the Executive Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for the company‘s sales, advertising, marketing and PR efforts. Prior to joining Clayton in 2009, Mr. Donatacci served as the Senior Managing Director of Subservicing and MSR transactions at GMAC Rescap. In this role, he was responsible for the leadership and management of all fee based third-party businesses, including traditional mortgage servicing, special servicing and master servicing. Prior to GMAC Rescap, Mr. Donatacci held senior roles in sales, MSR trading and mortgage banking M&A at Lehman Brothers / Cohane Rafferty and Paine Webber. Mr. Donatacci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from Rutgers University, NJ and an MBA from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business – Seton Hall
