Anita Scott

As Chief Human Resources Officer for Radian Group, Anita Scott is responsible for all human resources management, including Workforce Strategy, Employee Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Executive Development, HR Operations, Recruitment, and Talent and Organizational Development. Ms. Scott leads continuous efforts to drive and maintain Radian’s culture, striving for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. Ms. Scott joined Radian in 1999, serving in various HR leadership roles. Ms. Scott has more than 25 year experience in the global financial services industry. She joined Radian after serving 19 years with Advanta Corporation in various line management roles and human resources positions. Ms. Scott serves as member of various organizations, keeping connected with the local business community, including acting as a Committee member of the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS), Board member for A Woman’s Place and Chair of the Board Improvement Committee, member of the Forum of Executive Woman, Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM), HRPS (HR People and Strategy), and a 2007 Alumni of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia.
