T.J.'s many accomplishments include driving policy and communications strategy for several multi-billion dollar technology mergers, launching high-profile global health initiatives, and advancing critical federal health policy for the last three decades. Prior to launching the firm in 1999, T.J. culminated his Congressional service as a Chief of Staff in the House Leadership for the late Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn, Vice Chair of the House Republican Conference. He previously served as tax and health care policy lobbyist for the National Retail Federation. T.J. also served on the staff of former Senator Olympia Snowe, former Congressman Rod Chandler, and former Congressman Craig James. T.J. received a B.A. in Politics from DeSales University and an M.A. in American Government from The American University.
