Charles Cowles

An artist, lives in Shafer, Minn., with his wife, Constance Mayeron, also an artist. They have two children. Fuller is co-founder of the Franconia Sculpture Park south of Taylor's Falls, Minn. Also past board chair of Forecast Public Artworks, president of Unity Avenue Foundation, and board member of Northern Pines Foundation along with Constance, who is also on the executive committee of the American Crafts Council and a founder of the Northern Clay Center.
