He is Vice Chairman of Evercore Capital Partners, and a director of Caterpillar, Inc., Kellogg Company, and Vertis Inc. A member of The Business Council, Mr. Dillon is a former chairman of The Business Roundtable, was a member of the President's Advisory Council on Trade Policy and Negotiations and served as chairman of the National Council on Economic Education.
