Paul A Weaver Jr

General Weaver retired after 35 years of military service in February 2002, as Director of the Air National Guard. In this position, he was responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating all policies, and plans and programs affecting the more than 106,000 Air National Guard members in more than 1,841 units throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Upon retirement, he founded PAW & Associates, a consulting and lobbying firm that specializes in providing defense and homeland security strategic consulting services.
