Howard W Barker Jr

Howard W. Barker, Jr., CPA was employed by KPMG LLP from July 1972 and served as a partner of KPMG LLP from July 1982 until he retired in September 2002. Mr. Barker is also a director of, and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee of priceline.com Incorporated and Chiquita Brands International, Inc. In addition, Mr. Barker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Barker has served as a director of the Company since August 2003.
