Roger Morse

Mr. Morse has extensive legislative experience, with more than 18 years working in the House of Representatives. In addition to Majority Leader Delay, Mr. Morse also served as legislative director for Congressman Van Hilleary (R-TN) and special assistant and assistant campaign manager for Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA). At Mr. Delay’s request he headed up the Republican Study Committee and the Conservative Staff Meeting, a group of 100 conservative House staff that develops action items on conservative policy matters. Mr. Morse also led a team of Republicans to Florida during the disputed 2000 presidential elections.
