Chad See

Mr. See’s practice is focused on federal funding and policy affairs, with a particular emphasis on Northwest-based clients. He has extensive experience in advocating on behalf of Northwest clients in Washington, DC. On federal funding matters, Mr. See regularly directs efforts to pursue federal appropriations, authorization funds, and grant dollars for a variety of clients, including municipalities, transit agencies, universities, economic development organizations, philanthropic and research institutions, healthcare organizations, and technology businesses. He also works with clients on a range of legislative policy matters, including transportation, renewable energy, technology, education and emergency management issues.  Among his Congressional contacts, Mr. See has extensive connections with all levels of the Washington Congressional delegation and regularly advises clients on pursuing client priorities with the delegation offices. Before joining the firm, Mr. See worked on the staffs of Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) and John D. Rockefeller (D-WV).  He served for three years as President of the Washington State Society.
