Thomas A Lund

Prior to assuming that position, Lund was the senior vice president for the investor channel. During his tenure, he oversaw the build-out of the investor channel and took on additional responsibilities over the lender channel. As senior vice president of the investor channel, he was responsible for developing and implementing execution strategies to acquire non-standard credit guarantee and mortgage portfolio products from customers. Previously, Lund was senior vice president for the southwestern business center. He was responsible for the management and administration of company assets within a ten-state region. Lund was also vice president for marketing, where he oversaw the marketing of products to lenders in the region. Additionally, he managed the sales force and assisted in the development of strategies to implement our business goals for the region. Lund joined GE Capital in 1981, and completed GE's prestigious Financial Management Program. Throughout his 13 year career at GE, Lund held a variety of increasingly challenging positions including: vice president of mortgage insurance operations, vice president of sales administration, and assistant vice president/manager of budgets and forecasts. Lund received a bachelor of arts in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
