Allan Sweet

Mr. Sweet is Vice Chairman of AMLI Residential and has been associated with the Company since 1985. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. Sweet was a Partner in the Chicago law firm of Schiff Hardin & Waite, with which he had been associated since 1978. He received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1968 and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973. From 1980 to 1983, Mr. Sweet was a trustee of American Equity Investment Trust, an over-the-counter equity REIT.
