ROBERT I. MACDONNELL has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 26, 1986. Mr. MacDonnell is retired from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., where he was a partner from 1982 to 2002, and now serves as Finance Chairman of ALL KINDS OF MINDS, a not-for-profit company serving learning disabled children. He is also a director of Xstrata (Schweiz) AG, listed on the London stock exchange.
