Steve Franzen is Executive Director for Allegis Partners and Major, Lindsey & Africa. In this role he is responsible for helping to integrate these two Allegis Group executive search businesses and is leading the day to day aspects of Allegis Partners operations. Previously, Steve was the Senior Director of Business Operations with TEKsystems, Inc., an Allegis Group company. He was responsible for all sales, recruiting and operations of the Denver, Colorado market. Before this, Steve developed and managed TEKsystems ERP and CRM staffing services group which focuses on delivering IT projects and filling strategic positions for customers in the Oracle, SAP and Microsoft product suites in ERP, CRM and business intelligence. Steve has also held various positions in the TEKsystems National Accounts program where he specialized in recruiting positions to support large information technology integrators and software companies. Steve holds a bachelor of arts degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He began his recruiting career in Baltimore, Maryland as a technical recruiter with Aerotek, an Allegis Group company. Due to the growth of Allegis Group and its operating companies Steve relocated several times to accept strategic positions and to open new offices in support of Allegis’ largest customers. He has worked in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, New Jersey, Colorado, Texas and resides now in Denver with his wife Kim and four children. Currently Steve is the President of the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado and has previously held a 3 year term on the Board of the Colorado Technology Association.
