Shoshanna Sofaer is a Professor and the Robert P. Luciano Chair of Health Care Policy with the School of Public Affairs. She teaches courses in the health care policy track, including Community Based Health Planning, Health Policy, and Evaluation of Health Care Policies and Programs. Prior to joining Baruch, Sofaer held academic positions at the George Washington University Medical Center and the UCLA School of Public Health. Sofaer received her A.B. in Government from Barnard College, Columbia University and her M.P.H. and Dr.P.H. degrees at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, specializing in health planning, policy and management.
