Lanessa Owens

Lanessa Owens had been a counsel and chief of staff for Sam Roberts, a Syracuse assemblyman who recently took a job with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. In 2015, Owens was hired for a newly created position as one of Joseph Garba’s deputies in the office of New York Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie.
