Steve Clark

Before founding Clark Lytle & Geduldig (formerly Clark & Associates) in 2000, Steve Clark was vice president of government affairs for Ameritech SBC. Clark has more than 25 years of government affairs experience and is a former board member of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. Clark has engaged in numerous Capitol Hill legislative battles involving financial services, corporate governance, telecommunications, and health care issues. His most recent activities have included passage of the Sarbanes/Oxley Act, passage of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Tauzin/Dingell broadband relief, the generic drug debate and tax discussions for targeted clients. In a survey sponsored by the Ohio Society of Association Executives and Grange Insurance in November 2000, Clark was cited as Ohio's Most Effective Corporate Lobbyist, as viewed by legislators and other government relations professionals.
