Ms. Patricia K. Vincent-Collawn, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Executive Officer of PNM Resources, Inc. since March 1, 2010 and has been its President since August 2008. She has been the Chairman of PNM Resources Inc. since January 1, 2012. She served as Co-Chairman of Downtown Denver Partnership Economic Development Council. She has been the Vice Chairman at Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since April 2015. She has been a Director of PNM Resources Inc. since March 1, 2010. She has been a Director at CTS Corporation since January 2003 and Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since 2011. She serves as a Director of Northern States Power Company-Wisconsin, Northern States Power Co. (MN).
