Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald's Corporation from May 1999 until his retirement on December 31, 2002. Mr. Greenberg is also a director of Hasbro, Inc., Innerworkings, Inc., and Manpower, Inc., as well as The Western Union Company.
