Ralph W Hardy

Ralph Hardy joined Dow Lohnes in 1968 and became a Member in 1974. His principal area of concentration is in structuring, negotiating and financing media and high technology transactions for a variety of group owners such as the Marriott family-owned First Media companies. In addition, Mr. Hardy has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of material agreements with governmental entities, joint venturers, suppliers, civil contractors and institutional lenders in connection with the development of thermal power plants in South Asia.
