Gregory M Spierkel

Mr. Spierkel has been our Chief Executive Officer since June 2005. He previously served as President from March 2004 to June 2005, as Executive Vice President and President of Ingram Micro Europe from June 1999 to March 2004, and as Senior Vice President and President of Ingram Micro Asia-Pacific from July 1997 to June 1999. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Mr. Spierkel was Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Mitel Inc., a manufacturer of telecommunications and semiconductor products, from March 1996 to June 1997 and was President of North America at Mitel from April 1992 to March 1996. Mr. Spierkel has been named to serve on the Board of Directors of PACCAR Inc. effective as of PACCAR's 2008 annual meeting of stockholders on April 22, 2008.
