LittleSis: Bruce D Gorchow

Bruce Gorchow joined PPM America, Inc. (“PPMA”) in 1991 to start the Private Finance Group for which he led the investment of over $10 billion in various private asset classes. He was named President of PPM America Capital Partners in 1999. He now manages the approximately $2.7 billion (committed and invested capital) private equity portfolio. Bruce has over 30 years of investment industry experience, having previously worked at Equitable Capital Management, E.F. Hutton, and TIAA. Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of Red Door Spa Holdings, FemmePharma Holding, and WireStone, LLC. He was previously a director of Global Imaging Systems, Capitol Office Solutions, Leiner Health Products, Tomah Products, Elgar Holdings, Racal Acoustics plc, Liquid Hub, Inc., Sterigenics International and Sterigenics Holdings, WNC Holdings, Inc., and PPM America, among others. He also sits on several Fund Advisory Boards including Sun Capital, Lovell Minnick, Seidler, Sorenson and JF Lehman. Bruce has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Haverford College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
