Stan Nitzberg

Stan Nitzberg, Principal of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., joined the company in June, 1991. His focus is on urban retail projects, having transacted leases for more than two million square feet of retail principally in the North Michigan Avenue, Oak Street, State Street and North/Clybourn markets. He has also closed investment sales for retail projects in these and other areas totaling over $2.0 billion. Mr. Nitzberg is a six-time recipient of the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Retail Broker of the Year Award.
