P. J. Johnston

Former spokesperson for Mayor Willie Brown, has held executive positions on City at the SF Arts Commission and SF Film Commission, then became a spokesperson for several prominent citywide development projects, including a series of luxury condos at 8 Washington and the Parkmerced development. A native San Franciscan of Irish Catholic background whose family goes back four generations in The City, first joined the Willie Brown campaign as a volunteer with political consultant Jack Davis in May of 1995. His father, Patrick Johnson, served for many years as a state assemblyman and state senator from the Stockton area.
