Reuven founded Katz Teller on January 1, 1980. Reuven is considered a ‘living legend’ in the field of entertainment and sports law and has a national reputation for his work with sports figures. In addition to entertainment and sports law, Reuven built a strong practice in the fields of estate and retirement planning and health care law, and in representing public company executives, private business owners, medical practice groups, academic departments, and presidents of universities. He served on the board of the Sports Lawyers Association, as chairman of the board of the UC Foundation, as president of Big Brothers of Cincinnati and of the Council of Aging of the Community Chest. Katz was married 66 years to his wife Catherine, who died just over a year ago. Survivors include his son Stewart and his daughter Sharon, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
