Michael Zampetti

Michael Zampetti serves as Managing Director at Slate Property Group. In this role, Michael oversees all aspects of the company's property activities; including planning, design, construction and overall project execution. He operates in a central and multifaceted role, coordinating construction activity with design intent while managing project costs and timelines. Michael directs the development of unique multifamily and mixed-use projects with a strong emphasis on Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to joining Slate Property Group, he served as President of Construction at Silverstone Property Group. In this capacity, he oversaw all aspects of construction as well as the full repositioning process for all managed assets. Before transitioning to real estate development, Michael owned a construction company in New Jersey and managed projects totaling $150 million. Outside of his role at Slate Property Group, Michael serves as a part-time professor at the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Pennylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. Michael is a member of the NYU Schack Alumni Board.
