Carmen Cofrancesco

Carmen Cofrancesco serves as a Senior Vice President of Construction at Slate Property Group. In this role, Carmen manages the construction of Slate’s ground up development projects and oversees the process from acquisition and pre-development through the full build out. Carmen’s role is wide with responsibilities from estimating, budgeting, permitting, and pre-construction support to project management that includes, auditing, scheduling, and Contractor/Subcontractor requisitioning. In the field, he oversees surveying, layout, and architectural/Structural coordination, all while maintaining site safety. Carmen has worked in construction for over 30 years and brings a diverse background working as a Project Manager and Superintendent of Field Operations. Prior to joining Slate Property Group, Carmen worked for three major New York City contractors where he managed over $700 million in development projects representing nearly 2,800 units and totaling over 3.6 million square feet. Carmen earned a Bachelor Degree from William Patterson College where he majored in Accounting. A native of Italy, Carmen speaks English and Italian fluently. Carmen has his Site Safety License and Fire Safety License.
