Cha Lee

Cha Lee serves as Vice President of Development at Slate Property Group. In this role, Cha manages ground-up development projects from site acquisition through financing, design and construction. Prior to joining Slate Property Group, Cha directed the development of Mountco Construction and Development's residential projects. Earlier in her career, she was Director at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where she managed a pipeline of affordable housing projects. Cha received a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York University Stern School of Business, and a master’s degree in Public Policy and Housing and Urban Development from the Harvard University Kennedy School.
