Marisa Paul

Marisa Paul joins Carmen Group as Managing Director, Procurement Solutions. She will create strategic programs to help clients position and sell products and services to the U.S. government, state and local governments, foreign governments and public/private partnerships. Marisa joins Carmen Group from Raytheon, where she led procurement and policy initiatives. Marisa Paul was Senior Manager for Strategy and Government Relations at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. She crafted and managed government relations strategies integrating political participation, supply chain management and the impact of local footprints. She created winning policy and procurement campaigns and fostered enduring federal relationships. Previously, Marisa served as a Presidential Management Fellow on the Chief of Naval Operations staff, where she worked with the Department of Defense, the Executive Branch, and Congress to identify and plan opportunities for process reform and superior resource allocation supporting the Global War on Terror.
