General Manager, Measurement and Sensing, General Electric, Boston, MA. Christina Andersen is a 21 year GE veteran with a broad background in the energy and oil and gas space. Currently, she serves as the General Manager of Measurement and Sensing for GE. Since starting this position in 2012, Christina has led the company’s global profit and loss, providing sensing and measurement solutions for customers to improve operations and maintenance. Prior to this, Christina led the integration of Dresser Industries into GE. Formerly, she was General Manager of performance services for GE, during which time she led a $1.5B industry responsible for providing upgrades in the power generation space for gas and steam turbines and generators. Between 2005 and 2008, Christina led GE’s $3B energy parts organization, providing spare parts to energy customers. In 2004, Christina was named a Rader Energy “Key Woman in Energy” honoree in the innovation/creativity category. Christina received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in 1993 and her MBA from Duke in 2003.
