Caroline Martin

Ms. Martin is a former aide to Senator Byron L. Dorgan (D-ND). Among her accomplishments is securing legislative report language for the City of Philadelphia to become one of the first cities in the U.S. to have a direct relationship with the Center for Disease Control for HIV/AIDS funding. She also secured a feasibility study for the Center of Environmental Medicine at the Medical College of Ohio. Most recently, she has assisted Macon, Georgia, with its successful earmarks for an intermodal terminal station, reverse commute job-access grant, COPS grant, and juvenile justice and delinquency prevention funding.
