Sam Butler IV

Sam Butler monitors legislation, attends hearings, and provides appropriations support to Blank Rome and our clients with issues related energy and environment, maritime, telecommunications, and healthcare. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Butler worked in the personal office of Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave (R-CO). He also held an internship with The Heritage Foundation where he followed current developments in the energy industry, focusing particularly on nuclear power, renewable energy sources, and the economic impact of environmental and climate legislations.
