Jamie E Brown

Prior to her time at Google, Brown served as a Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs in the White House. In that capacity, she managed the Senate strategies for the confirmations of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Samuel Alito. During her time at White House Legislative Affairs, she also served as the liaison to the Senate Judiciary Committee and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Brown first joined the Administration in 2002, serving in a variety of positions at the Department of Justice, including Acting Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs. From 1998-2002, she was a Senior Associate in the Federal Affairs and Legislative Practice of Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson and Hand. She began her career as Legislative Counsel to U.S. Senator Connie Mack (R-FL), assisting the Senator with immigration and oversight activities. Brown received her BA from the University of South Florida and her JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
