Eileen P Bradner

Ms. Bradner has more than 25 years of international trade experience in both government and private practice. She represents U.S. manufacturers on international trade policy, litigation and legislative matters. In recent years, her work has focused on antidumping and countervailing duty cases, international trade legislation, Section 201 safeguard cases, customs, the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act and World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement matters. She regularly lobbies Congress and the Executive Branch on behalf of U.S. manufacturers on international trade issues and other matters. International Trade partner Eileen P. Bradner, in a statement to the New Hampshire Union Leader, expressed frustration over the U.S. government’s failure to collect millions of dollars in anti-dumping duties from Japanese printing press manufacturer Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho’s U.S. unit.
