Charles C. Pierce, Jr. served as a Vice-Chairman of Dain Rauscher Inc. Mr. Pierce has worked in the securities industry for over 42 years. Mr. Pierce has been an Independent Director of RENN Global Entrepreneurs Fund, Inc. (formerly, Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III Inc.) since 2002. He is a Private Investor. He was the President of the Texas Stock and Bond Dealers Association, and also served as Chairman of the South Central District of the Securities Industry Association covering, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and Colorado.
