Robert Swartz

Swartz, who will continue to report to Glazer’s president and CEO Sheldon “Shelly” Stein, was previously managing director and partner of Hicks Equity Partners. In 2010 he served as CEO of Hicks Acquisition Company II and from 2007-2009 he was senior vice president of Hicks Acquisition Company I. Swartz has also operated in various positions at Centex Corporation, a New York stock exchange home building company, serving as senior vice president of strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions and as chairman and chief executive officer of Centex HomeTeam Services.
