J. Bayard Boyle, Jr. served as President of the Boyle Investment Company from 1971 to 1986. Mr. Boyle has been the Chairman of Boyle Investment Company since 1986. He has an experience Extensively involved in the acquisition of strategic properties, overall corporate and partner tax planning, and joint venture development. Mr. Boyle serves as an Emeritus Director of Pathfinder International. Mr. Boyle served as a Director of First Tennessee Bank, Memphis and Memphis Planned Parenthood, The Alan Guttmacher Institute, the Tennessee Nature Conservancy. He serves as Director of Rhodes College and The Intercollegiate Studies Institute. Mr. Boyle graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1960.
