Hydee Feldstein

Ms. Feldstein joined Sullivan & Cromwell in 2006 and became a partner of the Firm in 2007. She was a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group. The principal emphasis of her practice has been financings for acquisitions, recapitalizations, spin-offs, restructurings and bankruptcies, including advice to investment banks, financial institutions, funds and other lenders in the areas of strategic, corporate and commercial finance, creditors’ rights, workouts and bankruptcies. 1982, Columbia Law School, J.D. 1979, Swarthmore College, B.A.
