Charles D Urstadt

Mr. Urstadt is President and a Director of Urstadt Property Company, Inc., a real estate investment corporation. He previously served as Executive Director of Sales for Halstead Property LLC, Executive Vice President of Brown Harris Stevens Inc. and Publisher the New York Construction News. Mr. Urstadt is also a member of the Board of Directors of Miami Design Preservation League, where he served as chair for five years, and Friends of Miami Marine Stadium. He previously served as chair and member of the City of Miami Beach Planning Board and Board Member of the New York State Board for Historic Preservation, the Friends of Channel 13 and the New York Building Congress. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and New York.
