Tony Seitz directs the government relations and development consulting service areas for Delta Development Group. In this capacity, Seitz has been particularly effective in securing public funding for various modes of transportation, other public infrastructure, and site development costs. He has successfully structured a number of public-private partnerships involving federal, state, and local government agencies. Seitz, and the members of his team, will manage all aspects of public funding from start to finish, working independently or as part of a larger consultant team. Before joining Delta Development Group in 1993, Seitz served as Director of Research for the Pennsylvania House Consumer Affairs Committee where he developed policy, worked on legislative strategy, and directed constituent services. He also successfully managed a state legislative campaign. Seitz holds an Executive MBA degree (Dean's Award for Academic Excellence) from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, cum laude, from Penn State University with concentrations in American politics, history, economics, and statistics. Seitz is currently enrolled in the juris doctor program at Widener University School of Law.
