Jonathan I. Litt is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Land and Buildings Investment Management, LLC. He co-founded the firm in 2008. He has more than 22 years of experience as a Global Real Estate Strategist and an Investor in public real estate securities and direct property. He was Equity Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, Research Division. He was employed at Salomon Brothers Inc., Research Division. He was Analyst at PaineWebber Group, Inc., Research Division. He was Managing Director, Senior Global Real Estate Analyst and Research Analyst at Citigroup Inc, Research Division. He has worked on the buy-side investing in public real estate securities and buying real property at European Investors and BrookHill Properties, where his career began in 1988. Mr. Litt is recognized as a leading analyst since 1995, achieving Institutional Investor Magazine #1 ranking for 8 years and top five ranking throughout the period, is also seen on CNBC and quoted in the Wall Street Journal and other industry publications. He also achieved top ranking from Greenwich Associates since 1995. He has been Director of Children with Dyslexia Scholarship Fund since 1998. He served as an Independent Director of Mack-Cali Realty Corp. from March 3, 2014 to August 18, 2016. He has earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business in 1990 and a B.A. degree in Economics from Columbia University in 1987.
