Martha F Brooks

Martha F. Brooks president and chief operating officer of Novelis Inc., an aluminum rolling and recycling company, since January 2005, when the company was spun off from Alcan Inc. Ms. Brooks served as president and chief executive officer of Alcan Rolled Products Americas and Asia, senior vice president of Alcan Inc. and president of Alcan Aluminum Corporation from August 2002 to December 2004. In addition, she was vice president of Cummins Inc. from May 1996 to June 2002. Ms. Brooks serves on the boards of Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, Hathaway Brown School, Yale - China Association, and Keep America Beautiful, Inc. Director since December 9, 2003.
