Luis Alberto Ferré Rangel

Luis Alberto is in charge of the editorial strategies for El Nuevo Día, Primera Hora and Índice. He has specialized in the field of journalism innovation, leading the strategy for El Nuevo Día’s digital expansion, which started in the Sports Section when he was still a university student. As a reporter he concentrated in environmental journalism and later became editor of the Business Section. Luis Alberto has been Director of El Nuevo Día since 1995. In 1997 he was part of the team that launched Primera Hora.
