James Slaughter Jr

James G. Slaughter, Jr., is President of S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd., and son of co-founder, James G. Slaughter, Sr. Mr. Slaughter is a native of Houston. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1970 and attended graduate school at the University of Toledo as well as the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School. Mr. Slaughter has spent his entire career at S & B, filling both engineering and construction positions. He is a current member of the National Academy of Construction; past member of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Executive Committee and past President of the Houston Area Contractors’ Safety Council.
