Shawn Corey Carter

Carter, better known as the rapper Jay-Z or Beyonce's husband, is co-founder and majority owner of entertainment company Roc Nation LLC. Square Inc. acquired a majority ownership stake in TIDAL, the global music and entertainment platform where Carter serves as a board member and shareholder. After the acquisition, Carter was named to the Square Board. Beside his successful music career, Carter is the founder of the annual Made in America Festival, Monogram, Paper Planes, and owner of D'usse and co-owner of Armand de Brignac.
