He previously served as Chief Executive Officer from April 2001 until January 2004. He was Vice Chairman of the board from April 2000 until April 2002. He is a director of The Dixie Group, Inc., a marketer and manufacturer of high-end residential and commercial broadloom carpet and rugs, and of Jackson Furniture Industries, a furniture manufacturer. Mr. Kline will retire from the board following this year's annual meeting.
