What keeps me engaged? That’s easy: change. Wireless tech is, and always has been, a rapidly evolving and exciting industry. There are always new things to learn, problems to solve, and opportunities to seize. The key is to be willing to say “yeah, I can do it.” Having completed numerous assignments and six moves around the country, I’m back in California leading wireless operations for Verizon’s Pacific Market. I’m passionate about serving our market’s 18M customers and helping to develop the careers of our 6,000 employees. When I’m not traveling throughout my seven-state territory, I’m usually at the beach or in the mountains with my family. I absolutely love the healthy West Coast lifestyle. Additionally, our network was unbeaten in reliability in 111 of the 125 metro areas they tested. And, it’s not just RootMetrics’ results making news. In recent weeks, in fact, Verizon received more awards than any other wireless provider in the J.D. Power Wireless Network Quality Performance Study (21st time in a row) and ranked highest in all six J.D.
