Cynthia Sherman

Until her retirement in 2000, Cynthia Sherman was a partner at Clifford Chance (formerly, Rogers & Wells), a large law firm, where she specialized in transactions involving intellectual property ownership, acquisition, and transfer. She graduated summa cum laude from Queens College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and where she also received a master's degree in early-childhood education. The bride holds a law degree from Georgetown University. She is a daughter of Ada and Murray Kahn of Cranbury, N.J.
