R.J. Saturno

R. J. Saturno serves as Vice President of Compliance & Legal. As such, he is responsible for establishing, implementing, and executing institutional control and compliance as required to maintain Pennrose Properties, LLC, Pennrose Management Company, their owners/principals, and their employees as an organization worthy of the public trust. Mr. Saturno provides daily oversight of legal matters by coordinating with Pennrose’s external attorneys and partners for both the development and management companies. He has been instrumental in identifying and implementing a number of new policies to enhance company best practices, and has provided valuable training to Pennrose employees related to workplace preparedness. Mr. Saturno joined Pennrose Properties, LLC in June of 2013. Prior to Pennrose, Mr. Saturno was corporate compliance officer, director of global security & compliance with HARSCO Corp. His background also includes 25 years of experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as supervisory special agent/chief division counsel. Saturno received his Juris Doctor from American University in Washington, D.C. and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration from University of Maryland.
