William Bill Hill

Bill Hill has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Visor Benefits since 2009. Visor was the result of a successful merger between two older agencies with separate disciplines in the employee benefits field. Under Bill’s leadership, Visor has grown and is one of the few insurance benefits companies in the country that can help employees design a personalized healthcare plan utilizing a full spectrum of insurance products. Bill has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, which includes experience in advanced life and disability insurance sales, employee benefits consulting and self-funded group medical sales. This knowledge has positioned him as an innovator and thought leader in healthcare and insurance industries. Bill is a graduate of University of Missouri-St. Louis with a BA in Public Administration and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He lives with his wife and children in St. Louis, MO.
