Aziz D Syriani

Mr. Syriani has served since 2002 as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Olayan Group, a diversified trading, services and investment organization with activities and interests in the Middle East and elsewhere. From 1978 until 2002, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Olayan Group. Mr. Syriani also is a director of The Credit Suisse Group. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee of The Credit Suisse Group from April 2002 until April 2004, and since April 2004, has been Chairman of its Compensation Committee. Member of the Audit Committee (Chair), Corporate Governance, Nominating and Social Responsibility Committee, Dividend Committee, and Executive Committee.
